Current Initiatives
The Evidence-Based Care Program has been working with Grey-Bruce Health Network (GBHN) in providing information for Diabetes Education and the new Restorative Care Unit.
The Evidence-Based Care Program and the Grey-Bruce Health Network have incorporated the SW-LHIN (South West - Local Health Intigrated Network) Initiative for Asthma, to be accessed by each corporation.
The Evidence-Based Care Program has twelve clinical pathway packages. Each package includes similar materials in it:
- Clinical Practice Guideline
- Pre-Printed Orders
- Clinical Pathway
- Patient Pathway
- Patient Education Materials
